pressure Proof

Train Your Body to Stay Clear, Capable, and Controlled When Intensity Rises.

This eight week training series teaches grapplers how to work with their physiology instead of fighting against it. Pressure Proof focuses on the internal mechanics that influence clarity, endurance, stability, and decision making during demanding exchanges. When intensity spikes, your body shifts rapidly — in breathing, tension, awareness, and energy use. Most athletes feel these shifts, but few know how to work with them.

Pressure Proof gives you that skill set. You learn how to stay organized inside your body, even when the pace climbs or space gets tight. These tools translate directly into sharper transitions, better pressure tolerance, and more consistent performance across rounds, rolls, and matches.

what you’ll learn

  • How to create real pressure tolerance with full 360 breathing

  • How to breathe with control under load, compression, and fast pace

  • How to sense rising tension before your performance drops

  • Fast resets that bring your focus and timing back online

  • Activation and recovery routines that keep you ready

  • Drills and awareness practices you’ll use between sessions and throughout your grappling career

Why it matters

Grappling challenges the body in ways most training does not: limited breathing room, rapid changes in direction, heavy pressure, rising heart rate, and unpredictable intensity. When your internal systems are untrained, these moments create fatigue, panic, and rushed decisions. When they are trained, you stay efficient, composed, and capable — even under maximal pressure.

Your Coach

Jen Thomas brings over twenty years of hands-on experience in human performance, combining work as a gym owner, strength and conditioning coach, and long-term trainer with advanced study in neurophysiology, respiratory mechanics, and performance systems. She holds an EXOS Performance Specialist certification and focuses on training the internal systems that drive real performance under pressure — the neurological and physiological foundations that determine how athletes adapt, recover, and respond in demanding environments.

Jen’s roots in sport run deep. She spent nearly three decades competing across multiple disciplines, including high school wrestling, and later added direct experience in both judo and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. This lived perspective on grappling pairs with a precision-based, inside-out approach to coaching, giving athletes training that is technically grounded, neurologically informed, and refined to support higher performance under the demands of grappling.
